Separate No-Code & Developer sites

Today, we are separating the no-code and developer resources for Boomla.
All no-code resources will be on boomla.com while all developer resources will be on developer.boomla.com.
This separation will help us better organize resources for the different user bases. There are already resources which were not published yet because we simply couldn't fit it into the existing structure.
